Neighbors, Inc. is grateful for the support of all of the organizations, businesses and community partners who are coordinating benefit events this holiday season.

Every Child Should Receive a New Book

Donations accepted until December 5th (drop-off at South St. Paul City Hall or the South St. Paul Public Library)

Teddy Bear BookJoin the South St. Paul Public Library & the South St. Paul Mayor’s Youth Task Force in providing a new book for each child in Neighbors, Inc.’s Love Your Neighbor holiday gift distribution program. Monetary donations will be accepted (checks made out to the City of South St. Paul) until Dec. 5th. Donations will be used to purchase new books to distribute to children. 5-8 Grill & Tap’s Turkey Juicy Lucy Promo is Back!

For the second year in a row, the 5-8 Grill & Tap in West St. Paul is offering a special Turkey Juicy Lucy in November with proceeds benefiting Neighbors, Inc. A twist on their original juicy lucy, this turkey burger is loaded with American cheese, craisins, green beans, fried onions and topped with gravy. It is Thanksgiving on a bun! Limited time – November only.

South St. Paul Ecumenical Worship Service – Thanksgiving Eve

Wednesday, November 25th at Clark Memorial UCC at 7 p.m.

The churches in South St. Paul will come together to host a non-denominational worship service on Thanksgiving Eve. Offering collected during the service will be donated to Neighbors, Inc.

Local South St. Paul construction company is collecting food for the Neighbors Food Shelf. Help them fill up their front window! Non-perishable food items and toiletries accepted.

Winter Interludes

Thursday, December 3rd at South St. Paul Public Library at 7 p.m.

Come celebrate winter at the library with music provided by librarians Amy Commers (flute) and Kathy Halgren (Celtic harp) on Thursday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. by the fireplace. Selections range from Gaelic to classical to holiday tunes. Please consider bringing a toy or non-perishable food item to donate to Neighbors, Inc. Refreshments will be served.
