Holiday Gift Program Donations

The Holiday Gift Program at Neighbors makes wishes come true for children and seniors in more than 750 households in our community. Each year generous donors and hard-working volunteers come together to make the season brighter for our neighbors that need it most.

*As of 11/12/20: At this time, we are no longer accepting donors for this program. Other ways to support Neighbors during the holiday season include making a financial donation, volunteering and organizing a food drive.

Adopt-a-Family Gift Program

Donors are matched with a family in need to purchase gift items for and are given a deadline of when gifts are needed to be returned to Neighbors so the families can pick them up. Donors are provided individualized “wish lists” from recipients to help with their shopping. Gift wrapping is optional.

Financial Donations

Money designated for the Holiday Gift Program will be used to purchase items for it. Donations may also be dedicated to support our intake staff that meet with each client family to help them with their wish list. Donate here.

A considerable number of volunteer hours are needed to support the Holiday Gift Program. Both onsite and off-site volunteer opportunities are available. If you can spare a few pre-holiday hours for a very rewarding program, please call 651-272-1133.
