Holiday Donations

Looking for a meaningful way to give back this holiday season? Neighbors, Inc. is looking for generous community members, businesses, churches and organizations to help make the holidays a little brighter for our neighbors in need. Some of the ways you can help include organizing a holiday food drive, donating funds to support our programs and services, or sponsoring a family in our Holiday Gift Program.

Sponsor a Family in the Holiday Gift Program

The Holiday Gift Program at Neighbors makes wishes come true for children and seniors in more than 750 households in our community. Each year generous donors and hard-working volunteers come together to make the season brighter for our neighbors that need it most. Sponsors are matched with a family in need to purchase gift items for and are given a deadline of when gifts are needed to be returned to Neighbors so the families can pick them up. Sponsors are provided individualized “wish lists” with 3-5 gift suggestions from recipients to help with their shopping. On average, sponsors spend approximately $100 per person. Gift wrapping is optional. Click here for FAQs about becoming a Holiday Gift Program Sponsor.
