Duck Races

Join Neighbors for an afternoon of fun during West St. Paul’s Touch A Truck community event! All proceeds from the Duck Races will be used locally to support Neighbors, Inc.’s emergency and supportive programs.

Ducks can still be purchased at the Races on September 29!

Want a chance to win?

This year’s grand prize is a $500 shopping trip at the Mall of America!

Ducks are just $5 and the proceeds go to a good cause! Every duck will be entered in a preliminary race/heat, and the top finishers in each heat go on to race in the finals at the end of the day. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in the final race, and the last duck to finish that race — dubbed the Lazy Duck — also receives a prize. The winner of each heat throughout the day will also receive a prize.

Fun for the whole family!

The Duck Races — which occur every 15 minutes — may be the main event, but you won’t want to miss the other activities we’ve got planned! Stop by and say hi to Delbert the Duck and check out the:

  • Coloring contest winners (Entries are due by noon on Thursday, September 27. Download a contest form in either English or Spanish for additional details!)
  • Mini duck race game
  • Crafts
  • Temporary duck tattoos

Touch A Truck is organized by a partnership between the South Robert Street Business Association, the City of West St. Paul, and the Junior League of St. Paul.
