In addition to a variety of shelf-stable products, eggs, dairy products and frozen meat are distributed to each family who visits the food shelf at Neighbors. This month, our team of Menu Makers volunteers have come up with some delicious recipes using one of the commonly distributed frozen meat items: beef. These recipes feature a mixture of ideas that can be used as main dishes, appetizers or side dishes.
